I started cosplay when I came to college and have been making costumes off and on for the last 6 years. I have a degree in Biology and I love learning new skills and techniques that I can incorporate into making not only cosplay but everyday items and clothing too. I'm personally interested in Sustainability and Building Community through cosplay and my other hobbies.

I’ve been cosplaying for about 4-5 years now, debuting with simple “closet” cosplays and working my way up full home-made creations. There’s nothing quite like the rush I feel from someone running up to me asking if they can take a photo of something I’ve made with my own hands. Whether it’s obscure characters from my favorite indie games or adorable duo cosplays with my fiancé, I take great pride in the imagination and creativity I and my fellow cosplayers display at every convention.
